Mr. Blest has over 30 years experience in Civil Engineering/Design and Surveying. Mr. Blest has knowledge of preparing FIRM and Floodway maps for FEMA. Experience includes field and office work for Lambert St. Louis International Airport and also for United States Department of the Army, surveying stations in Frankfort, Germany. Extensive experience with the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District with subdivision grading plans and detention ponds. Worked on signboard sites throughout the City and County of St. Louis. Mr. Blest has been surveying as-builts, ALTA/ACSM boundary and topographic surveys, construction staking, and extensive research for many municipalities and private clients and also running survey crews.
